Building the Rec Center

I don’t know why they put me in charge of recreation. I know nothing about sports. They told me to find some things to put in the rec center that the kids would like. How do I know what kids like? I thumbed through a magazine they gave me and I came across basketball systems. That could be a good idea. Kids like basketball, right?

I know when I was young my brothers and I always played basketball. It was really the only thing we did in the summertime. Maybe this would be a great choice. There’s enough room in the center for a basketball court and it is something everyone can play together if they want.

“Hey Jim, are you gonna get one of those for the rec center? Good choice, man. Pastor Ryan loves basketball. The kids will love it too.”

I guess I just got my answer. Now where’s that order form?
